Faith-Led February Challenge

Yay! We're doing it again. The August Accountability Challenge last year was such a blessing to many (myself included). I felt prompted by the Holy Spirit to lauch a similar challenge but one that's even more faith-led, hence the name. Our faith deserves first spot in our lives, yet when life gets busy, it's usually exactly that which takes the shots.
 
With everything at Fit Best, this challenge is not about any extremes - but rather about making small daily intentional choices and changes that will help us get closer to our long term goals.
