Chocolate Fudge Squares

[Makes 40 squares]

Ingredients:

  • 250g Unsalted Butter

  • 500g Icing Sugar

  • 40g Cacao

  • 2 Eggs

  • 2 Packs Marie Biscuits

*For a healthier version substitute the butter with 2x Pouches Apple Puree (Baby Food)

Instructions:

  • Sift icing sugar & cacao together.

  • Mix above with apple puree.

  • Beat the egg and mix it in.

  • Microwave the mixture for approximately 2 minutes.

  • Break the Marie Biscuits finely and add to the mixture.

  • Scoop mixture into a square container & allow to cool.

  • Place in refrigerator & cut into squares.
